Work Principle
RB777 Jack hammer is a tool that use compressed air as power, the compressed air come from air connection tube(31) to the valve unit in the pick back head(4), through valve(33), allot the compress air to cylinder(11)above below antrum, promote hammer(12) reciprocating up and down, hammer(12) make punch(14) beat the end of steel shank, ensure steel shank drill into concrete continuously, make it break into pieces.
Maintenance
Security first, the operator should learn the safe matters proceeding before operate or maintenance machine.
Use this pneumatic pick should abide the safe and maintenance rule as follow:
1. On working, focus the attention, keep your hands press the control handle when operating, run smoothly, don't start when the machine topple down to the ground.
2. First pour little lubrication on the air inlet before open the machine, run machine slowly, ensure all the components are lubricating. After use machine, you could take the similar way to protect machine, the ball valve jib pin should be lubricated every week.
3.Lubricating has a great influence on the machine, it has oil reservior in the pick back head, could supply regular lubrication, because of the little capacity, should inspect every two hour on working, and append lubrication. Also joint oil reservior between the air connection tube and hose, then lubricating.
4.Elect the hose which the inner dia is 19mm and length is 15meter, should blow off the sundries within the pipe when connect the air pipe, it should connect firmly
5. Please inspect if the steel shank lock tightly in the front head, operate the pneumatic pick should keep both hands fasten upon the handle, take the steel shank toward the task field firmly.
6. Don't pull off the hose which has the compress air, if you want to do that, close the compress air first, and let out the air within the machine.
7.Forbit put machine on the foot and take one foot on the handle operating the machine.
8. Before crushing the floor solid object, pay attention to water, air, drainpipe, line that hide under the ground.
9.Discern all component structure, when dismantle and assemble machine, use the knocked-down tool correctly, avoid the burr by beat and squabble; dismantle early and assemble late, replacing if detect the attrited parts.
10.If stop to use the machine for a long time,dismantle machine first,oil and seal,reassembly and keep in the storehouse.
