 Instruction
   The rock drill is used for rock drilling, blasting holes and other drilling works in the quarries, small coal mines and other constructions.
   It's suitable for drilling of horizontal or inclined holes on the medium-hard and hard rock. When it's matched with air leg Model FT100, it can blast holes from different directions and angles.
   Blast hole diameter is between 36mm and 42mm. with an efficient depth from 1.5m to 2m.
   It's recommended to be matched with Model py-1.2/0.39 air compressor which is powered by Model RS1100 diesel engine. Other suitable air compressors can also be matched with this rock drill..

                        Limitation

 1, Compressed  air
   The air pressure in the air inlet should be kept at 0.39-0.49MPa , the operating performance is good. When drilling hard rock, the air pressure may suitably go up.
   While air pressure is ≥0.59MPa, vibration increases and machine is hard to operate. when air pressure is≤0.39MPa , machine also can work stably, but efficiency is low at this moment.
2.Shank  pole
As the draw 1show, shank size should be percise. If the shank is too long or too short , it can lower the drilling performance. The surface of the Shank should be flat and the hardness is HR49-55 .if not be flat,it will affect the working life of piston . shank  midlevel outlet should be concentric with hexahedron, if the eccentricity is too big, it is easy to damage water tub .
3,Lubrication
The lubrication ensure rock drill working normally. Do not operate the machine without lubrication.
According to the working condition of the user (such as humidity ,temperature and so on). When selecting the lubrication, please refer to the following table.

4,Notice
 1. As the draw show ,The arrow direction on the oil tank and the air inlet angle pipe connects. The direction cannot meet wrong. Otherwise the machine will be damaged in that operating the machine without lubricating oil. When compressed air is through oil reservoir, mix with lubircating oil and lubricate every part of machine. The oil reservoir matches with 2# regulator. Clockwise rotation adjusts the oil valve to minimum; Counterclockwise rotation adjusts the oil valve to maximum.
5,Water injection and dust removal
 the rock drill is wet drilling which equip with pressure can filler(water pressure is≤0.2-0.3MPa better) .The water should be clean without the silt.do not be use for dry drilling.
The pressure can filler as chart seven shows, the compressed air enters the can filler by the air tube. The size of water volume and the water pressure may be controlled through water inlet valve and water inlet valve.
When using up the water in the can filler, close the air inlet valve and open the air outlet valve. Until all the compressed air releases,loosen the nut on the lid of the can filler and open the lid to fill water. Then, according to the opposite sequence, it can inject water and remove dust.
Maintenance
1,Dismantlement and assembly
1,Clean and reassemble the machine before using .
2,Take out side bolt and clean parts and air inlet connector.
3,Use oilstone to clean burr
4,Oil the surface of frictions,assemble the valve components ,ensure that the valve is positioned correctly and is free to move between the two seats.
5,Tighten two side bolt nuts, insert shank into shank sleeve.
6,Check throttle valve handle and yoke.
7,After assembled, operate and check the mchine,but the time should not exceed 3minutes,if working too long ,the temperature I f work too long ,the temperature of cylinder pad will go up, and it is easy to lapping.
2,Clean pipe
1,Before assembling the air pipe,clean the air pipe to protect the parts and ensure the machine work well.
2,Before assemling the water pipe,clean the water pipe to avoid obstructing water pipe and ensure the machine work well. 
3,Dismantlement and maintenance
1,Dismantle machine at intervals
2,When dismantling machine,pay attention to cylinder and piston'surface.if grinded,use oilstone or crocus cloth to repaire bulge carefully .
3,When overhauling the machine, use kerosense,gasoline or detergrant to clean the parts at least once a week ,ensure to keep machine in good working.
4,When use the new fittings,inspect the machine and use oilstone to repair arris and burr.
4,When using machine, inspect the screw thread whether is loosen ,if so ,tighten it.
5,When yoke is probleml,dismantle machine,clamp drill with trigger,rotate drill take out. Do not take out directly.
6,When ratchet pawl abrase with the flank of ratchet.adjust another side to use or change another one.
