The rock drill is a kind of high efficiency air leg rock drill machine. It is mainly used for blasting holes and other drilling works in a quarries, railway construction, water conservancy construction and national defence project facility.
When it is matched with Model FY250 Oil reservoir and Model FT160A or FT160B Air-leg , it is suitable for wet drilling under various of rocks at aclinic and incline orientation, it can also use in the trolley without Air-leg.

,Notice
1,Dismantling new machines and clean the parts, dispose of antirust grease before using it. The parts of exterior must be lubricate when relocate, then operate and check machine about 10minutes and is low air pressure (0.3Mpa) before using it.
2,The air pressure should be kept at 0.5-0.63 MPa.(measure in rubber tube), if the air pressure is too high, it will damage parts fast. And if the air pressure is too low, it will affect the speed of drilling and the machine is also normal working.
3,Before using machine, blow off dirty to protect parts. inspect the screw thread whether is tight and the operator handle whether is free to move, ensure machine operate normally .
4,The lubricating oil into oil reservoir before using machine and mix up the accelerograph. and do not operate machine without lubricating oil.
5,Before using machine, increase holding power, while operate machine increasingly. Do not operate machine at the max thrust or should not idle machine for a long time, it will damage parts.
6,Dismantling water pipe and operate machine after blasting holes. It can blow off the rest moisture and protect the parts away from rusting .
7,The rock drill is centre water-injection drilling. Do not operate without water and dismantle water needle. If dismantle the water needle ,the machine will not operate.
8,Tighten two side bolt nuts to protect parts and tighten air pipe to aviod hurt.
9,If machine should store for a long time. Diamantle machine first, oil and seal them, then put it in a dry place.
,Lubricating oil
Lubrication has great influence in the performance and working life. Do not operate machine without lubricating oil, it is better that not use grease lubrication avoid to obstruct pipeline, reduce machine efficiency and acceleration element wear. In different season has different oil.

• Safety

1,Ensure that technical safe practices are employed.
2,Pay attention to the position of steel wire ring clamp, if found it fray,change it.
3,Check steel wire ring clamp whether or not abrase, if so, change another at once.
4,Do not allow use low burning point and easy explosion lubricating oil.
,Malfunction and solution
