Instruction
The rock drill is a kind of light rock drill machinery. It can perform both dry and wet drilling under medium hard or hard rock(f=8-18).(the diameter of blast hole is 34mm-40mm, the depth of hole is 3m)
This machine can drill downward with hand toward horizontal or acclive,when it is matched with air-leg model FT100, it is suitable for drilling works in various mines,quarries,capital construction of farmland, blasting for constructing roads in mountain areas and other projects.
This machine has transparent surface of FY200B lubricator to guarantee good lubrication,but also can be matched with model FT100 air leg.

Maintenance
Notice
1,Machine should oil the rustproof grease before leave factory, should dismantle for clean before using, on reassembling oil the joint surface and use.
2,When connecting water pipe and air pipe, blow off dirty to protect parts.
3,Before using machine,ensure to check every parts of machine and to oil lubricating oil into oil reservoir.

1. When finishing using machine,cut off water supply and operate machine slow ,then blow off the rest moisture to avoid rusting parts.
2. Ensure that maintain machine at intervals. Clear dirty and change damaged,frayed and deteriorated parts at least once a week.
3. If machine should store for a long time.diamantle machine first ,oil and seal , then placed a dry place.

Lubiration
Lubrication has great influence in the performance and working life.Do not operate machine without lubricating oil

Air pipe and pressure
  1,The air pipe inner dia. is 16mm, length don't exceed 15meter, and connector joint dia. is not less than 16mm. This machine has amphibious pipe connector, clients could match the air pipe which inner dia. is 19mm.
  2,Picture1 is the chisel rate and air pressure relation line of hand-hold with air leg rock drill. The work air pressure is 0.4-0.5Mpa in general.
Water pipe and pressure
     The water pipe inner dia. is 8mm. Water pressure is 0.2-0.3Mpa of work air pressure in general. Water resource could adjust measures to local conditions, could use water jar pressure(water jar pressure is 0.25Mpa-0.35Mpa), if no water source pressure, or for supply water by put the fill water ware on high altitude make pressure difference.
Shank pole
Should take the standard hex. Middle hollow shank pole(GB6481-86). Shank trail should process according to picture2, if the consumer use shank pole, and accord with following request.

1. The end face by shank trail level off and plumb with shank pole axes, the inverse angle could not too large, the heat treatment rigidity: HRC49-55.
2. The axes by water tube hole of shank trail are not allow exceed 1mm, the hole dia. and depth should accord with the request by picture 2, otherwise easy to cut the water pipe.

Dismantlement
1 ,Distributing valve
    Dismantle and assemble distributing valve, do not knock. After assembling , ensure that valve positioned correctly and is free to move between the two seats.
2 ,Shank sleeve
When dismantling shank sleeve, heat rotations sleeve up to 200ºC, insert shank (shank collar dia is ≤ 30mm) into rotation sleeve, then knock out shank sleeve with bishop.
When assembling shank sleeve, heat rotation sleeve up to 200ºC, insert shank sleeve into rotation sleeve, knock shank into bottom.
3,Air connection tube and water connection tube
   When dismantling, push in air connection tube and water connection tube, fetch steel retainer ring with tool. When assembling, push air connection tube and water connection tube into the right handle, put steel retainer ring into half slot, then pull air connection tube and water connection tube
4 ,When assembling ,tighten two sides of side bolt nut to ensure every parts of machine work well.
Safety
1, Ensure that technical safe practices are employed.
2 ,Pay attention to the position of steel retainer ring.
3 ,Check steel retainer ring whether or not abrase, if so, change another at once.
