, Instruction
The rock drill is a kind of high efficiency air leg rock drill machine.It is widely used for blasting holes and other drilling projects in a quarries, railway construction, water conservancy construction and defence project facility.
It is suitable for drill level or gradient holes in medium hard or hard rock(f=8-18).The drilling depth can be five-eight meters. It can be matched with the FT140BD short air-leg or FT140B long air-leg to use in the basis of the width of rock.Also it can be fixed on drilling-vehicle or drilling-shelf.
To ensure the well lubricating.This rock drill may match FY200B oil reservior .

(),Notice
1..Machine has been filled with the rustproof oil before using . It should be washed before operation and reassembled with lubrication.
2.The dunghill should be blowed before link the air pipe or water pipe to avoid parts from being broken by dunghill.
3.Before operating the maching should check whether all parts are credible. The oil reservior should be filled with lubrication and then adjust the oil capacity.
4.When finishing operation,cut off water supply firstly and then keep turning for a moment to blow off the rest water to prevent parts from rusting.
5.Maintain that using machine at intervals. It should be checked at least one time weekly to clear the dunghill and replace the broken or unusable parts.
6.If the used machine being conserved for a long time,it should be put into dry place after tooke apart and cleaned.

Lubricating will affect the capability and life-span of machine.Forbid to operate machine without lubrication and with lubricating grease to avoid degradeing efficiency and breaking parts.Please refer to following list:

().Aie pipe and pressure
1.Air pipe inner dia 25mm.To avoid loss of pipe pressure ,the length wii not excess 15 meters and the dia of pipe connector not less 19mm.
2.The work pressure is one of the direct influence for the drilling efficiency. Following figure is the relative curve between the speed and air pressure of YT24.The drilling speed increasing with the elevation of air pressure.The usual pressure is 0.4~0.63Mpa.
().Water pipe and pressure
Water pipe inner dia 13mm.If the water pressure is too high,it will make air-water linkage system failture,sometimes make water overflow into cylinder to break lubricating.The usual water pressure is 0.2~0.63Mpa.
().Shank pole
The shank pole should be standard Hex.empty pole(GB6481-86).If the user make shank pole with steel By himself then the shank should accord the following figure and points.

1. Shank sleeve rigidity:HRC49-45.
2. Shank sleeve should be level and vertical with shank axes and angle can not be too large.
3. The axes of water tube hole in shank cannot excess 1mm.The dia and depth of the hole must accord with figure.

(),Notice in disassembly and assembly
1,Air valve
It should be careful in disassembling and assembling the air valve. It cannot be in stack and knocked .When shake the valve must go to two extremities softly in valve chest.
2,Shank cover
The shank sleeve and rotational sleeve are fixed together.When disassembling shank sleeve the rotational sleeve should be heated to 200^oC,insert shank sleeve which less 30mm into rotational sleeve and knock it out .When it is assembled the rotational sleeve should be heated 200^oC,then put the cool shank sleeve into rotational sleeve and knock it to end. 
3,Air connection tube and water connection tube
In disassembly we should push the air and water connection tube and then unclench the steel-retaining ring to get out the connector.In assembly we should push air and water connection tube into the hole according to back head and turn the steel rataining ring to half-round slot.Then pull the air and water connection tube to withstand the retaining ring.
4,When whole machine is assembled,the side bolt nut(35)should be screwed tight to insure machine working safely.
(),Technology Safety
When operating the machine the user should not only follow the usual working rules but also have to pay attention to the following points:
1,The user shouldcheck the steel-retaining ring contacting with air and water connection tube before put into water and oil,to confirm it is in the correct place.Also should pay attention to the fray of steel retaining ring and change it in time when it is frayed to prevent connector from collapsing.
2,If the machine is used in the mines with super gas,the incendive lubrication(with gasoline,diesel oil)must not be chose.The oil flux should be lower than usual flux.Racing is unallowed to avoid blast.
,Malfunction and solution
